Viele Menschen möchten ihre kaputten Dinge reparieren, doch häufig fehlen ihnen einfach die Mittel dazu. Mit Spezialwerkzeug und kostenlosen Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen machen wir auch Anfänger fit für die Reparaturen des Alltags – egal ob Handy, Tablet oder Kaffeemaschine. Inzwischen hosted unsere Plattform über 100.000 Reparaturanleitungen und ist das Zuhause der größten Online-Reparatur-Community der Welt.

Wir haben eine globale Bewegung angestoßen, die sich für das Recht auf Reparatur einsetzt. Unser Ziel ist es, Reparatur auf der ganzen Welt zu fördern. Dadurch leisten wir einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Klimaschutz: Mehr Reparatur bedeutet weniger (Elektro-)Müll und weniger Neuproduktion von Geräten mit großem CO2-Fußabdruck. Wir haben den Standard für die Onlinedokumentation für Reparaturen neu definiert und konnten bereits vielen Millionen Menschen dabei helfen, ihre Geräte selbst zu reparieren. Um unsere Spitzenposition noch weiter auszubauen, setzen wir vor allem auf solides technisches Know-how und eine Unternehmenskultur, die die internationale Zusammenarbeit fördert.
